In an imagined battle between the United States and the fictional Latin American country of Cubuchilia, an American soldier has control over water resources and news media on both sides of the war. 

War Games has premiered at film festivals internationally in London, Canada, Italy, Iran, as well as Philadelphia. This film has been featured on the Sundance Collab as well as the Canadian Filmmakers Distribution Centre websites.
